JULY 1775 COMPLETE VALUE SET SIGNED LAMBERT CADWALADER (COLONIAL SOLDIER & CONGRESSMAN of PENNSYLVANIA) – 10, 20, 30 & 40 SHILLINGS
Four notes (10, 20, 30 & 40 Shillings) making up the complete set of values, from the July 1775 Pennsylvania issue, all in nice readable condition (no holes, no rips, no pieces missing etc.) mostly with mica flakes & blue threads (both used as an anti-counterfeiting devices) visible. All signed by Lambert Cadwalader, noted Revolutionary War soldier (Captain of Philadelphia Militia in 1775 / Lieutenant Colonel in 3rd Pa. Regiment of the Continental Army in 1776 etc.) Later serving as delegate to the Continental Congress and then Congressman (2 terms) from Pennsylvania.
