WORLD WAR I NEUTRAL DENMARK 1 KRONE NOTE of 1918
Denmark was neutral thru-out 1st World War, but after the German defeat, the disputed territory of Schleswig-Holstein was offered to Denmark for which a plebiscite vote was requested ( in March of 1920 ). Northern Schleswig voted to stay with Denmark.
